1. Order Modification & Cancellation Window

  • Timeframe: You may request changes or cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • After 4 Hours: Once the 4‑hour window has passed, orders may already be in our fulfillment queue and cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation

  1. Contact Us Immediately
  2. Provide the Following Details
    • Order Number
    • Name on the Order
    • Requested Change: (e.g., cancel entire order, update size, correct design)
  3. Confirmation: We will confirm by email whether your request can be accommodated.

3. Address Accuracy & Returned Orders

  • Verify Your Address: Please double‑check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
  • Responsibility: Spoxdesign is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Returned Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re‑ship the order.
