1. Order Exchanges

- Before completing checkout, please verify all order details (size, design, quantity).
- We cannot exchange items for errors in these selections.
– Order Cancellation Alternative - You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement – see “Order Cancellations” below.
- After cancellation, place a new order with correct details.
2. Order Cancellations
– Timeframe: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
– Cancellation Fee: A 10% fee (of total order value) applies to cover processing costs.

- We’ll confirm cancellation and fee details within 1 business day.
3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
– Window: Returns accepted within 180 days of delivery.
– Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Items that arrive damaged or broken.
- Products different in design, size, or material from your order.
- Receipt of incorrect items.
- Significant deviations from the product description.
– Ineligible Items: - Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Defects not attributable to our oversight.
- Items without original tags.
- Minor, fixable thread issues.
– Condition: All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Claim Requirements
When you submit a refund claim, please include:
- Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt.
- Shipping Documentation: Shipping label or receipt.
- Evidence of Issue: Photos showing damage, defect, or error.
- Communication Records: Any relevant email or chat screenshots.
5. Return & Refund Process

- Approval & Instructions:
- We aim to respond within 2–3 business days with approval and your return address.
- Ship Your Return:
- After approval, package your items (including proof of purchase) and ship to our warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Provide us with the carrier’s tracking number.
- Confirmation:
- Once we receive and inspect your package, we’ll notify you of refund approval or denial via email.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Issuance: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Coverage: Approved refunds include the full product cost plus original shipping fees.
- Delays: If you haven’t received your refund 10–15 days after approval, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

- You bear responsibility for return shipping costs and any loss/damage in transit.
