How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return a product, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page within 180 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve your return quickly, please include the following details in your message:
- Name on the Order
- Order Number
- Detailed Description of the Issue
- Photos Illustrating the Problem
- Preference for a Replacement or Refund
Please note: We are not responsible for any errors on the customer’s part. This includes spelling or grammatical errors, issues with the original images, or any ordering mistakes. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Policy Guidelines
- Eligibility: We accept returns on non-sale items within 180 days of receipt.
- Condition of Items: Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a sales receipt.
- Return Cost: Return cost: 0.00$
(Free returns are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.)
Returns Procedure
Once your return request is approved, please follow these steps:

- Prepare Your Return Package: Include a printout of your purchase confirmation email along with all items being returned.
- Ship the Package: Use your local post office or a courier service to send the package to our warehouse. Please provide us with the tracking number once you’ve shipped the package.
- Confirmation & Refund: Upon receiving your returned items, we will send you an email confirmation. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.
