Spoxdesign operates an online store offering custom‑printed apparel and accessories. We make no representation that content within the Services is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Services from locations where their contents are illegal is your responsibility.

Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Honolulu, HI, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with one arbitrator and proceedings in English. You waive any right to class‑action suits.
